These contribution will help neighborhood farmers’ markets thrive and serve as fundamental partners in community health in our county. Funds raised from the Pop-Up Breakfasts bolster our free educational event series and food access programs. Description
We are over the moon this year to bring Andy Huynh of Full Steam Dumpling into the Pop-Up Breakfast Series. Andy joined the markets pre-pandemic and kicked up their involvement when restaurants and indoor pop-up locations weren’t an option – selling dumplings and ramen made from scratch. Andy and the team of cooks that make up Full Steam are an experimental, curious, inspired crew, adding new items to the menu and playing with various regional cuisines – inside and outside of their own family traditions. They source seasonally and locally as much as they can working with farms and ranches they still guest in at the farmers’ markets occasionally. This meal is sure to be unique, flavorful and warming on a Saturday morning.
