Wild Stone Bakery
Wildstone Bakery makes locally sourced organic craft sourdough breads and pastries, seasonal tarts and bagels in Santa Cruz. The business was developed from a desire to create great tasting bread. The owners found that by leaning into a long and slow fermentation they could achieve amazing flavors that rarely get developed with faster methods of production. As an extra bonus this process improves the digestibility of bread. Wildstone uses organic flours and local fruits from small farms for their tarts and pastries. Their recipes are inspired from travel. They are based in Boulder Creek.
