Full Steam Dumpling
Andy Huynh and a bunch of local cooks make dumplings and ramen from scratch. They are an experimental, curious, inspired crew adding new items to the menu and playing with various regional cuisines - inside and outside of their own family traditions. They source seasonally and locally as much as they can working with farms and ranches that sell in the farmers' market circuit. We love having Full Steam at the Downtown Santa Cruz, Westside Santa Cruz and Live Oak markets weekly.
